Back in the old BKK

That's Bangkok International airport if you ain't up on the lingo. Yes, I've made a return to Thailand and a long over due return to blogging. I'll see if I can keep it up, but not sure what state my laptop's in so it might be infrequent.

Thursday (or for most of you folks, late wednesday night) we should have been thru our visa interview and will know whether Sow & Ray are coming back with me in 2 weeks.

As for today, I'm heading up to Chaing Mai in about 20 min, and currently Colin's in London screening our film this evening at Filmstock Festival somewhere out near the airport. Oh, and IMDb has finally started filling in our credits on their site. Only took 12 weeks!? Oh well, they'll have our last award up there by the time the finish and maybe another?

That's great news about IMDb! (oh and other things)

I hope I get to add that "Special Thanks" from "Bangkok" to my HUGE list of Classic Film work credits:

www.imdb.com

It's funny that you have a credit to a show I made, that I don't even have a credit to on IMDb... They're great!

How much are tickets to movies there? Steve and I were confronted with $14 movie tickets yesterday. I refused to let him buy my ticket at that price!

What is it with Amazon.com, anyway?

Ever since I bought young Ray a gift off their site I get Kiddy Spam trying to sell me all sorts of children's items:

"Stride Rite Shoes!

For more than 85 years, Stride Rite has been designing and engineering footwear specifically to meet the needs of growing children. Discover hundreds of styles at great prices on Stride Rite shoes at Amazon."

As a single grown man with no children (that know of me) I do not enjoy having to hit the snooze alarm on my biological clock every time I check my e-mail.

Ray will have to just make do with my future purchases from the 99¢ Store!
